  15.      _s_e_t_P_o_w_e_r_S_a_v_e_r checks to see if the system's monitor supports the
  16.      powersave option.  If it is supported, _s_e_t_P_o_w_e_r_S_a_v_e_r sets the powersave
  17.      to a default of 1200 seconds (20 minutes).

  19.      This program is intended to be run whenever the user logs into the system
  20.      and has not (yet) chosen a custom screensaver.  The XXXXsssseeeessssssssiiiioooonnnn....ddddtttt file
  21.      executes _s_e_t_P_o_w_e_r_S_a_v_e_r automatically; the program is not intended to be
  22.      run on the command line by end users.  If it is run in this way, it will
  23.      simply reset the powersave timeout to the default of 1200 seconds,
  24.      ignoring any previous powersave timeout setting.  (The current
  25.      screensaver delay will be preserved.)
